So yup let's begin the 5D4N trip, let's go!!
(29th JAN) DAY1: Wake up at 4am when we only slept at 2am the night b4 cos it's my company d&d. Reached airport early so we had our breakfast and went to dsf shop but didn't buy till anything which I regretted a lot cos departure hall have much more range of make up and perfumes than arrival hall :(
Depart at 745am and we reached bkk at 9am for Thai timing.
We can only check in to our hotel at 1pm so hub and I went to eat the legendary SOI19 wanton mee. Saw apple and the bf when we walked out of the hotel. Too qiao!! Anyway the wanton mee is overly rated. Not as nice as I expect or I expect too much?? Hahahaha. We went to shop at platinum mall and some morning market and went to check in our hotel. Hub booked centrepoint pratumun this time round. Our room is quite spacious and clean. The hotel staffs are all well-mannered and friendly. Definitely worth paying for it!! :) But we all need to walk a distance if we want to go to platinum mall and pratumun morning market.
So we took a bath before starting our shopping spree. I prepared a little longer and this is what happened next......
We headed to platinum mall for the shoes section and I only got a pair of slipper. Day1 at bkk is always just window shopping and checking out all the prices. I'll only start buying clothes during the weekends cos there are a lot of weekend markets hehe. Decided to take a tutuk to union mall since we have never been there before. End up, it's a dissapointment cos the clothes are all pretty exp. But I still managed to buy something after walking for an hour or so. Cab back to our hotel and rest. At night, we went to the pratunum market and bought street food for dinner! Couldn't rmb much on day1, so that's all!
(30th JAN) DAY2: Wake up at 10+ and FaceTime with baby before we start our day. Went to wash up and had wanton mee agn for our breakfast. Went to the afternoon market at pratumun which is just right infront of baiyoke sky hotel. Pretty upset that most of the clothes are sold in wholesale price, which mean I've to buy 3 tops and above to have cheaper price. At bkk, if your Thai is so bad, cfm kena tok like siao -___- went back to hotel and rest awhile before heading out agn. Meet apple and the bf and we took the sky train to chatuchak tgt. Yes chatuchak are open on Friday but only starting their business at 7pm. Not much shops are opened so we decided to cab to ROD FAI night market which is located near ON NUT station. Pretty hard to get a taxi there cos it's so far! Anyway for your info, there are two rod Fai market. One is at on nut while another one is at ratchada. So do let the taxi uncle know which Rod Fai market you want to go. Of cos the one at ON NUT is much more nicer to shop cos it's way bigger than ratchada's. I went crazy shopping there but it's a pity we couldn't shop finish the whole area cos we reached there pretty late and they start closing at 11:30pm-12midnight. Hub and me went home with one big bag full of our clothes. I'm a happy girl that night! ^^ Had a hard time getting a taxi to drive us back to our hotel cos it's really far. So glad that apple's bf speck fluent Thai so we managed to get a taxi at reasonable pricing. We all dropped off at our hotel and went back to put down our stuff. Hub and me went for legs massage while apple and the bf went back to their hotel and rest.
(31st JAN) DAY3: Sleep till late morning cos we were too tired from the last night shopping. Bathed prepared and head out to Mac and had our breakfast.
Reached chatuchak at around 2pm and start shopping! We bought one hand carry luggage to put all our loots inside. Shop at chatuchak for about 2-3h and we decided to go Rod Fai night market agn hehe!!!
Had our dinner first before we conquer rod Fai night market. I really went crazy shopping at there. Our hand carry luggage were full even before we finish walking the whole place. So end up we still have to carry a lot of plastic bags in our hands. But I'm a happy girl at last hehe!! Shop till 12am, got a cab back to our hotel and head down for leg massage. Shiok!
(1st FEB) DAY4: Wake up pretty late agn cos we are super drained from the walking. Had our lunch and went to platinum mall shoes section. Hub and I managed to buy till a few pairs of shoes and we went back to our hotel and rest. Who knows we both fell asleep lol!! Wake up at only 5+ so we went to prepare and head to kwai hwang night market. Had seafood for dinner. Thai's Tomyum never disappoint me before hehe. But I feel that the prawn we ordered like kena tok cos it's pretty expensive!! Walked around the night market and it's super boring!!! More like fish market?? Zzz.. So I suggest to hub we go rod Fai night market agn hehe!! Got on a cab and the taxi uncle drove us to another rod Fai night market lol!!! He drove us to ratchada's ones instead of On nut ones. Pretty much similar but it's a lot smaller. So we didn't manage to buy till much stuffs. So we took a cab back to hotel and massage time agn!! After massage, hub and I went to 7-11 and bought some drinks and finger food before end our last night here :'(

(2nd FEB) DAY5:
So sad but it's the last day at bkk already.... Mixed feeling cos I miss my baby but I doesn't wish to go back to singapore. Sigh.... Just some last min shopping around our hotel area. Nth much on the last day.
Went to the airport at 3:30, had our meal at airport and depart at 5:30 Thai timing. Reached Singapore at 9+, shop around the dsf area and bought two perfumes and took a cab back home.
Missing bkk once agn when I do this post. Hoping to be back to the land of smile soon!
